The Schneiberg Foundation aims to promote the recovery, conservation, restoration and enhancement of the artistic and historical heritage of Asia. Particular focus is devoted to Chinese Imperial carpets.

The Foundation organises seminars and study days for researchers and enthusiasts, supports academic publications and is directly involved in projects aimed at disseminating the knowledge on Asian Art.
